This message is about the importance of self care. A lot of us need to be reminded on a constant basis to slow down and take care of ourselves, and actually value those times when we are not doing anything. And so what I want to talk to you today about is how much self care are you actually taking for yourself?
A lot of you work really heard. And I love working myself, which I am very grateful to have found a way to enjoy my work, but even if you enjoy the work you do, we still all need breaks. I sometimes even forget, I keep working until I cant work anymore because I am so obsessed (in a good way) and love what I do.
However, it is important to really value and honor self care just as much as working and getting things done. And so I want to talk to you a little bit about what I love to do for self care.
I actually love putting on masks! I’m obsessed with it. It’s my getaway from work and I put my berry mask on and meditate! I love the smell and how relaxing it feels when I massage it into my face!

Intend to be in the FEELING of the experience and feeling every sense of the experience of the mask treatment and meditation and music if you wish!
A lot of people who do self care don’t actually wind down and relax enough. They are still in their heads about work. You need to be able to intend an experience not a doing.
Once that clicks, then it becomes a different animal and you can let more energy and rejuvenation in!
Bubble baths, walks in nature, massage, facials, all sorts of ways to indulge in self care but, its important to not only show up for self care, but really take in the senses, so you can maximize that, so that by the time your back, you can really have that more expansive relaxation and more energy in your work. When you enjoy self care you have more fuel!
